Sunday, July 19, 2020   Beginning of the Sheridan Portion of the Conference
            10:30-  1:00      A shuttle bus leaving the Billings airport t 10:30 AM to the Sheridan conference site will be available.
              1:00-  5:00      Conference Check-In at Sheridan College, Whitney Building.
              1:30-  3:00      Book Signing/Author Event
              4:00-  6:00      Opening Reception with refreshments and a cash bar at Brinton Museum

Monday, July 20, 2020
              9:00-12:00      Academic Sessions at Sheridan College Campus 
            12:00-  1:30      Lunch on your own
              1:30-  4:30      Academic Sessions at Sheridan College Campus 
              4:30-  8:30      PEN/Hemingway Fundraiser at Ucross with BBQ, drink tickets and transportation.

Tuesday, July 21, 2020
              9:00-12:00      Academic Sessions at Sheridan College Campus
            12:00-  2:00      Ernest Hemingway birthday party luncheon at the college
              2:00-  5:00      Academic Sessions at Sheridan College Campus
              5:00-  7:30      Hemingway's 120th Birthday Bash with food trucks and entertainment
                                           will be on the Whitney Mall prior to the evening event.
              7:30-  9:00      An evening in Kinnison Hall with Robert Taylor and keynote speaker Craig Johnson.

              9:00-12:00      Academic Sessions at Sheridan College Campus
            12:00-  1:30      Society luncheon at the college
              1:30-  4:30      Society membership meeting in Kinnison Hall
              5:00-  8:00      Travel Grants Fundraising Dinner at the Historic Sheridan Inn
              8:30-11:00      Hemingway Trivia Night at the Blacktooth Brewery

Thursday, July 23, 2020   End of the Sheridan, Wyoming Portion of the Conference
              9:00- 11:30       A shuttle bus will return riders from Sheridan College to the Billings airport by 11:30 AM for those not continuing to Cooke City.

COOKE CITY, MONTANA

Thursday, July 23, 2020     Beginning of the Cooke City portion of the conference
              9:00-  5:00       Drive or take the conference bus to Cooke City (see Travel Options). If you are driving you should consider stopping for lunch and a visit to the Buffalo Bill Center of the West in Cody.
              5:30-  9:00       Be sure to arrive in Cooke City-Silver Gate at the Range Rider Lodge in time to attend the welcome reception beginning at 5:30 pm. There will be an introduction to the area by local historians, guides, naturalists outfitters, authors, and a Hemingway exhibit, with heavy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and a cash bar.

              3:30-10:00      Chuck Wagon Dinner leaving from the Roosevelt Lodge in Yellowstone National Park.

              1:00-  5:00      Self guided driving tour of six Hemingway Country sites.
              6:30-11:00      Closing Dinner and Program at the Range Rider Lodge

Sunday, July 26, 2020       End of the conference
              9:30-  5:00       The Cooke City bus continues to the Billings airport (arriving by 5:00 PM) via the Beartooth Highway, will retrace Hemingway's footsteps to Red Lodge, MT(the birthplace of Robert Jordan) with lunch on your own.

Thursday 07/23/2020
9:00 am     Depart from Sheridan Inn
12:30 pm  Arrive at Buffalo Bill Historical Center in Cody, WY (Lunch, museum or short walk to Downtown Cody, on your own)
3:30 pm    Depart Buffalo Bill Historical Center
5:00 pm    Arrive at Range Rider Lodge. Check in at lodge. All Bus Tour passengers must stay at either The Grizzly Lodge: www.yellowstonelodges.com or Silver Gate, Pine Edge and Whispering Pines Guest Cabins: www.pineedgecabins.com/en-us
5:30-9:30 pm  Welcome reception at the Range Rider Lodge. An introduction to the area by local historians, guides, naturalists outfitters, authors, and a Hemingway exhibit, with heavy hors d’oeuvres, refreshments and a cash bar.

7:00 - 9:00 am    Optional breakfast trip to Cooke City, three miles away.
9:00 -11:00 am Academic and Plenary Sessions

3:30 pm Depart from Range Rider for optional Chuck Wagon Dinner in Yellowstone National Park. We strongly suggest that everyone on the bus take this trip. Make your reservation immediately. 6:30- 11:00 Closing Dinner and Program at the Range Rider Lodge 7:00 – 9:00 pm For those not attending the Closing Dinner and Program, Depart to Cooke City three miles away for dinner on your own

Sunday 07/26/2020
9:30 am Depart Hotel. Bus drives through the Beartooth Pass, which Charles Kuralt called "the most beautiful road in the world," and stops for lunch on your own in Red Lodge, Montana.
5:00 pm Arrive at Billings airport
